In the current iteration of ThriveCart, their ‘subid’ variable ‘ref’ appears not to be very reliable. There are instances when a ref variable is passed, yet ThriveCart replaces it with its own variable. That being said, this is currently the only method to track affiliate conversions with ThriveCart, as pixel events are even less reliable and not supported in LinkClicky.
- Login to your ThriveCart account.
- Select your affiliate account by selecting the Go to account button.
- Select the Products tab.
- To import conversions, you must import each product you have a relationship with. Press the View products button.
- Select the Transactions tab.
- From the date dropdown list, select the range you wish to import.
- To export, click on the button Download CSV at the bottom left of the page.
- Upload the CSV into LinkClicky.
- Repeat the process for each product you want uploaded.
LinkClicky currently does not support multiple affiliate events for the same order. This is a limitation of the data available from ThriveCart.
